Tried to make an appointment today after weeks of exhaustion and tiredness, but apparently slots are “few and far between”. Bit like a pub with no beer - what’s the point?

Hello and thank you for your feed back regarding your experience. I am sorry your experience was unsatisfactory. Our appointment system has been designed to provide our patients with a wide variety of appointment types with different health professionals. Patients will always be able to access same day urgent care. Routine appointment slots with GPs become available on a continual basis over any week. Online Patient Access and MyGp provides patients with access to appointments slots that are allocated to online booking. Both this and last week were short Easter Bank holiday weeks which does place a slightly greater demand on available appointments. We are awlays considering patient feedback and would be happy to discuss any specific needs at the practice if you would like to contact me.
