"Excellent Care and Professionalism"

I attend the oncology department regularly and am well pleased the services and treatment that I receive. Sometimes I am not seen on time but once ones treatment starts It goes on without much extra waiting. I am carefully identified by every person who deals with me - name, address and dob. The procedures are carefully explained before they start, I am invited to ask questions. I am treated with dignity and respect and my minor problems with hearing and mobility are handled well.

I spent 40 minutes trying to get parked but It is always a problem and I knew that and had allowed for it. Oncology patients get free parking (thank you!) get your ticket validated at main reception as you leave.
