"Surgery left me anxious"

Hi - Iam a healthy adult and recently my mum passed away and that made be anxious and panicking and i was diagnosed by SWINE flu and it was cured. But, still i was weak . So, i came for a blood check and just to make sure that iam normal. I know that my BLOOD COUNT looks very weak. It's been 2 times my blood has been contaminated and i have been told to come again. Today i was about to speak to Doctor and sadly there was no signal in my office hence, it went to voicemail so kindly asked the staff member to put the phone call again and she was adamant that she cant do. Whole day i was anxious and my family was anxious and i have completely skipped breakfast and Lunch and this made more nervous and more depressed.

What kind of service it is. No compassion

Thank you for your comment. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to it.

I am so sorry to hear of the issue you had in relation to your blood count and a conversation with a doctor. When dealing with telephone consultations, a GP will have a list of patients to deal with throughout each particular day, and they will only have a set amount of time to complete that. I believe what happened in this instance is that it was not possible to fit you in that day as the GP had other patients to consult with. That said, given that you were feeling very anxious, we should have tried to resolve the issue for you and I am sorry we did not.

I do hope you managed to eventually speak to a GP and you are feeling better, but if you are still feeling anxious, please can I ask that you call the Practice as soon as possible and ask to book in with a doctor?
