"The whole experience was very pleasant"

About: Crosshouse Hospital

(as a service user),

I had an appointment at Crosshouse hospital and I thought I should give some feedback. 

You hear people complain about car parking, but it really wasn't an issue, there were several spaces to choose from. I didn't have to sit long in the waiting area which was quite nice until I saw the junior doctor who was very helpful and nice and the whole experience was very pleasant and helpful.
