"Very disapointed"

About: Barnet Hospital

Needed to be here for blood test and the guy at the check in desk was not polite I explained him that my appointment is 30 min later and he actually said that I need to be here just 5 min before otherwise I will loose the appointment i wait for about 45 min and I still didn’t get my appointment as I booked and I’m asking why are you asking us to be here exactly in time and we are waiting for you hours to be served ! Thats why why one of the things which NHS is not working mans regarding to the guy at the check in desk must be serviable not upset for his own reasons probably better to ask him to try another job !
