"An outdated hospital"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

The hospital couldn't be more 80s even if it tried the ward facilities in neonatal intensive care unit are non existent you have to hang around like your at a bus stop to be let off the ward to use the lavatory, the staff can be abruptly rude at times hostile, like all things 80s this place should have gone the same way as kwick save and Woolworths shut down avoid at all costs worst hospital ever

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. We agree that there are parts of our estate that need modernising and upgrading, and we are developing plans to do this in the years to come. I am concerned of the poor staff attitudes you experienced and would welcome the opportunity to discuss further with you so that we can address this with individuals on the unit where we need to do so.

Kind regards

Lorraine Collins

Ward Manager, Neonatal Unit (QMC)
