What I liked

I went there twice, once in January, and for a check up in March (2012) All the staff were very efficient and there was hardly any waiting time whatsoever, despite the fact I had a hearing check first, then saw a consultant.

The second time I had a check up and a further hearing test. Again, very efficient and no waiting time to see the next person.

Both times as Outpatients

What could be improved

Nothing, except I think the Dept needs updating and painting to make it a better environment.

Anything else?

Thank you so much for taking the time to make your comments, we are always trying to provide the most efficient care for people, which can mean not having to return to hospital numerous times for different tests - we know that is what people usually prefer.

On the decor - we are aware that parts of our hospitals need a coat of paint and hope to move forward with that in the coming year.
