"unprofessional staff at switchboard at Queens..."

I am working in NHS service at GP Practice, trying to chase one of our patient's nerve conduction tests at Queens Square but I called wrong dept Neuro surgery department then she transferred me to switchboard, the lady who answered my call is unprofessional , very rude, doesn't know how to provide the customer service even I asked her name she is afraid to give me her name and hang up my call. she did not listened what I was trying to say but she was very very rude, I was trying to tell her I need the fax number to contact the dept for report but she explained to me the reason that was fair enough but she was accusing me if I am working at GP Practice I should know which department I have to contact but sometimes the department did not answer very quickly. I think if she doesn't know how to deal with people professionally she shouldn't work there and shame on you LADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Queen's Square is very good hospital, because of you, I can't rate good review...….

I hope Management team will take action for this review and complain.
