About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I had a 10:00 appointment for a mole to be removed at Larbert hospital. I was seen bang on time, which was great.

Kirsty and Lauriann gave me the info on what was going to happen. Very professional and assuring. 

Mole area was frozen,no pain during removal and stitching. Nice chats whilst it was happening.

Over and ready to leave in 20 minutes.

No problem.
