Today my mum and I attended the Dermatology Unit as my mum was to have a small surgical procedure. From the start of the visit when we were greet by a very friendly, polite male receptionist to the team of 3 nursing staff, my mum was treated with kindness. Visits to hospital are not something my mum likes in fact she can find it very frightening but today's experience was so professional and caring that my mum left with a smile and had nothing but praise for the staff who looked after her. Your kindness is so appreciated. Thank you.
