"Excellent joined up care from NHS"

From the moment of calling 111 about severe chest pain, the support and care provided by the NHS has been excellent.

Without exception from the paramedics who attended me at home to the A&E and the Acute Medical Ward where I was eventually admitted for observation, staff were diligent, polite and caring.

They were obviously very busy and working under pressure but they demonstrated great professionalism.

I stayed in small ward (bed22) on AMU with 3 other elderly ladies, I was so impressed with how caring and patience the staff were with these ladies.

On discharge the correspondence to my GP, subsequent referral and appointment arrangements for further investigation was faultless.

Well done NHS.
