(as a relative),

My dad attends day medicine every week for blood transfusion. This has been part of our life's for over 18months. 

The staff are amazing without exception from domestics to volunteers. Staff nurses and auxiliaries.

When day medicine was located on the first floor and not as large as it is at present the staff always made sure my dad had a bed not a chair even if it required them moving stuff around. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff always greet us by our names and are very supportive toward myself as well as my dad. 

They are a fantastic team and deserve the recognition for what they do often under challenging circumstances.

Many thanks for your feedback it means so much to myself and the team.

18 months is a long time to be attending hospital on a weekly basis I am so glad the staff have taken the time to get to know you as a family as well as taking care of your dad this hopefully makes your weekly visit less exhausting.
