"Keep up the good work"

 My Wife was admitted to surgical assesment unit with severe pain have been attending for this problem, but got severe, arrived to the above unit and received the best of attention from the staff their BUT have to say it is obvious they are under staffed and working with to much pressure and could unfortunately could be putting lives at risk with so much pressure they work so so hard, Got moved to day surgery unit where i am still again as above they are working with to much pressure from the nurses to consultants they all do a brilliant job but things get forgotten ie tablets on time, drip changes, just general things at times, should say not the staffs fault just so much to do with limited staff. I have nothing but admiration for all staff, as previous all hospital staff get my full backing please/please keep up the good work, thank you.
