"Impressed so far"

I moved to this practice a few months ago.

I've been so impressed with the calmness, friendliness and efficiency of admin and receptionists. Esp as at times I've been very anxious.

Emails are answered within hours and acted on.

Outside referrals chased up.

I was even phoned when I needed a '2 week red alert' app to see if I'd got an appointment.

My consultant had recommended a change in medication...

Within 2 working days, this had been actioned, and I was phoned to inform me.

Both doctors have taken time to listen and get to know me, as I have a complex medical history.

So far MEGA-impressed and what a dramatic contrast to the surgery I left just a few minutes away. ALSO by going in line I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks.
