Very impressed by all the staff. Procedure was very quick and smooth and staff made me feel at ease throughout Can’t give enough praise to the department and the visit I dreaded was not any where near as traumatic as I had expected. Worst thing about the whole business is the Picolax the day before-but that is a necessary evil!

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide such positive feedback. I'm sure all the staff involved will be delighted to read your post, and by sharing your experience, it may help ease the nerves of other patients about to under go any similar investigations.

I have heard other patients say that the picolax can be the most difficult part of the procedure! A necessary evil indeed.
