"had to wait over an hour to see the doctor"

My only concern is that I had to wait over an hour after my appointment time before I was seen by the doctor, but I understand that this may happen and I will be more prepared next time

As you can appreciate it is very difficult for doctors to always run to time given that each patients problem is unique. We would like to apologise to you and thank you as from your comments you show understanding of the problem which is difficult to plan for.
