(as the patient),

I would just like to say how lovely the lady was that took my blood today. She was very discreet when checking dates so no one else heard and hoe gentle she was when taking the blood and also asked each patient which arm they wanted the blood taken from also if wanted a small dressing or a plaster. We all get paid in our chosen occupation but feel a thanks goes a long way.
