(as the patient),

I had only just sat down, when my name was called, unexpected as thought I might have to wait.  When I entered the minor ops room I was greeted warmly by the S/N nurses Kirsty and Pamela and A/N nurse Mary who made me feel at ease right away.  The nurses chatted to me and informed me of each step in the process of my minor op.  All went well and did not take long before I was able to get up and leave, although the nurses made sure I was ok first.  

I would like again to thank all of the nurses for making my experience an excellent one and for the excellent work completed on my arm and back.

I am pleased to hear that your experience was a positive one and that you were seen in a timely and efficient manner. It can be an anxious time coming into hospital for a procedure and by keeping you informed every step of the way it hopefully made you feel at ease.
