"Awesome councillor. Just what I needed."

So after struggling with my mental health for some time, I finally worked up the courage to visit the Drs and was informed about insight. They have been brilliant. Initially there was a mix up with my appointment, I was quite on edge about visiting for the first time so this was upsetting. However mistakes do happen and after rearranging my session, I was set up with a brilliant councillor. He made it easy to talk about everything that I was struggling with. I left every session feeling that little bit better. Although I have only 2 sessions left and I still have a way to go to being better, I am so happy with the help I've received. He gave me many ideas to help and I will take everything that we discussed on board. I can't recommend these brilliant people enough. I love that on a few of occasions I left the session either chuckling or smiling. I now feel a lot more positive about my future. Thank you!
