"Quality of Care"

I was admitted to A&E last Wednesday with a broken rib and a splenic haematoma. I was really impressed by the friendly staff and the quality of care which I felt I received, despite a clearly stressful night for the nurses. After this, I spent almost a week in the Riverbank Paediatric Ward, and was again really impressed by the quality of care I received. The nurses were absolutely lovely and I really enjoyed talking with them and felt very comfortable being looked after by such a capable and caring team. I was impressed by the way that everyone was completely honest and open with me and always happy to chat, even when I couldn't sleep at 2am! I hope that I don't need to return, but if I have to, I am happy to know that the staff always appear so happy and kind!
