"Great service"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / Trauma and orthopaedics

I went for an orthopaedic review by the consultant and one of his team who were both very nice and thorough.

I was unexpectedly sent to the plaster room to have my leg plastered.

Where I was looked after by two staff members who are a credit to your hospital.

Friendly and reassuring.

They were worried I'd not used crutches before so arranged for an on call physio to come and teach me how to use them.

3 lovely physio people came to see me and taught me how to go up and down stairs.

One of them even carried my stuff to the restaurant where I was going to wait for a lift. Thankyou.

What a great read! Thank you. We are grateful that you have taken the time to get in touch. I’m pleased to hear that you were treated so well by all members of the team who looked after you and that colleagues went the extra mile to maximise their support for you. I have shared your kind words with the team.

Best wishes

Louise Challans, Matron for Surgery
