My wife slipped and hurt her back early this morning, a large lump appeared more or less straight away. we managed to get her back on the bed l applied an ice pack and she had a couple of pain killers but the pain got worse and l decided to dial 999.Two paramedics arrived within ten minutes and decided it would be best if she went to Medway A and E. Because of previous injuries and the medication she is on.

I just want to say the treatment she received was superb. From the moment I walked in, all the nurses doctors and technical staff were brilliant. even down to the manual staff

All were working together and happy. Well done the staff on that shift at A and E
