"A&E amazing AAU awful"

My partner is currently in AAU and is having the worst hospital stay I've ever seen. The clinical care is good however the care of patients other needs is seriously lacking.

Left on Commode for extended periods (when they actually remember to bring it) Staff too busy to bring essential items for the patient in time to prevent them messing themselves. Patients left in soiled beds for hours. Food often inedible.

I realise staffing levels are probably to blame and individual staff are great but it isn't good for the patients.
