Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the care I received last week whilst attending day surgery.
Having not had a general anaesthetic before I was quite nervous and everyone was very supportive and caring throughout my stay in the unit. Everyone I came in to contact with was professional and polite. It was a very busy environment and despite this, nothing was too much trouble. I can't praise the team enough - thank you for your care.
