My husband is a wheelchair user, last week WestMARC gave us two new tyres for his chair. One wheel had broken, the rim used for pushing the chair along had been damaged and we had tried to fix it, however when we phoned WestMARC and explained the problem they came out to fix it almost immediately.
Whilst the engineer was there we asked about possibly getting a larger chair as the arms were digging into my husband's sides. He had a look at what was digging in and where and saw that it wasn't the size of the chair that was a problem but the way the arm rests had been put on. Once he changed that it immediately became a far more comfortable chair.
It's the same when we go to WestMARC, it's a very friendly place, all the people who work there from the small cafe to the physiotherapists they are all so keen to help in anyway they can. Another great thing is that they never rush you.
