"Excellent staff with dignity, respect and..."

My journey from the optician to the SpaMedical was quick and fast and I was received and treated with compassion, dignity, respect and consdideration. The staff members from the receptionists, the nurses, the optometrist and the calm lovely surgeon were excellent, I couldn't have asked for a better treatment than what I received from them. The staff that held my hand during the surgery reassuring me, the smiles and soothing words from all of the staff was something was something to write and emulete. The cleaniness of the hospital, the domestics infact all that contributed to the cleaningness of the hospital are very important and they made a comfortable place for patients to attend. You do not know how scary and panicky patients are until you become one. I was really panicking but the reassurance and soothing words and holding my hand helped to easy off my fear and anxiety and talking to me on what is happening and time remaining by the surgeon was very important and I treasured that. The Opthometrist that recommeded me to SpaMedica knews exactly what she is doing and what she said was exactly what I saw. I can go on and on about my journey to you, but all said and done,

the parking is something you should look into due to where the hospital is situated if all patients attending should come with their cars, there isn't enough soace to park. I have already saying praises of this hospital how excellent you are and I will surely recommend to you those who needs their cataract removing. You really deserve 5 star from the CQC. Thank you so much for the care and treatment I received from you, please do keep it up.
