What I liked

I arrived just after 9am on a Sunday and the place was empty. Helpful and friendly reception staff.

The waiting area was well planned and designed with a roomy, airy, modern and clean aspect. All of this helps the patient to feel relaxed and assured.

Triage was quick but left waiting for an unacceptable time after this. The redeeming feature was that the Practice Nurse who dealt with me was efficient, caring, informative and extremely helpful.

She did what the initial Dr who saw me at Chorley Hospital should have done 2 weeks previous. Such professionalism and human care was both appreciated and commendable.

What could be improved

Please keep working on reducing waiting times between triage and medical treatment.

Anything else?

I agree with other who complain about the severe hike in parking charges. This is too much in a recession hit country.
