(as the patient),

All staff were extremely helpful and sympathetic from the initial appointment to the surgery which took 5 days. It was quicker than going private. 

I was treated with dignity and respect from the Pre-op to discharge.  Every aspect of the treatment was explained to me and I was re-assured at by all the staff from consultant to staff nurse.  Everyone was so kind  during a very nervous time. Thank you all so much for what you do, We should be very proud of our NHS staff at RHH,
