My transport arrived suddenly & I went home with the questionnaire in my pocket, but as I was very pleased with my treatment I wanted to record the fact.
A particular member of staff spent time going over my notes and reviewing an MRI, explaining options for treatment, and when I opted for physiotherapy as a first step, providing me with a choice of hospitals.
All staff were helpful and pushed my wheelchair for me without being prompted, as I had come on Hospital Transport.
I was treated with respect, and kindness by all. Thank you.
