"Stroke Unit"

No sensible person wants to be admitted to hospital and it seems a bit odd saying that you would recommend the hospital to friends and relatives! However, my journey through a clearly busy AE after delivery by excellent Ambulance Crew was, so far as I could tell excellent. I was handed over to A nurse Daniela who was a constant until I was transferred to the Stroke a Unit. The access to experts was reassuring as was the other ancillary services close at hand. The transfer to the ward was expeditious and I was expected and dealt with quickly and knowledgeably. The staff on Ward were excellent and in a very challenging environment. They were attentive, patient and kind. I could not have asked for more.
