About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

What could be improved

the way myself and my wifes family where put in an old store room while we were waiting to see my wife after an opperation . when we were finaly taken to her it was not in a recovery room but what i can only describe as a warehouse were we had no privicy and 5 porters standin behind us as if thay were waiting to get home the anethiatist was cold and uncareing and turned her life support monitor off so we could not see if she was responding to our effort to wake her.and after 15 minits just turned to us from behind a screen from the next pationent and said by the way that was her goin as if we were holding them up.we still are uncertan if she was just in a deep sleep and i am unable to come to terms with my wifes death and there were no doctors or nurses involved at all and then we were shown the way out and thats where we have been left we are all in torment and i hope this never happens to any one else
