What I liked

The staff are always extremely helpful, I require UVA light treatment every year. It is very hard for me to take time off work for medical appointments. I work over 30 miles away from both home and the hospital and the staff are very accomodating with my appointment times in order to facilitate my treatment.

What could be improved

A smoother process in regard to receiving my prescription for the tablets i require prior to each course of treatments. The tablets can only be supplied from the Pharmacy at the RLI and as such i struggle to get their when the pharmacy is open as i work 30 miles away.

Anything else?

The staff are tremendous and a credit to the NHS despite the evr increasing demands of too many Managers.
