What I liked

I had day surgery to remove nasal polyps recently. Throughout the whole process the staff were friendly, attentive and informative.

As a result of prolonged bleeding, I was advised that I should stay overnight. The reasons for this were discussed with me and I was able to make an informed choice, aware of the implications of any premature removal of my dressings. My overnight stay was comfortable, and every aspect of my care was exemplary.

Despite being busy, all of the clinical and housekeeping staff I encountered were approachable and good-natured. I have only good things to say about my experience at Treliske, and I have much improved nose to bear testimony to their surgical expertise (though I was asleep at the time).
