What I liked
Having previously visited orthopedics at times when it did appear chaotic and stressful for the staff., this visit was entirely diffferent. The staff apologized for the wait, the Registrar I saw was informative and very kind and caring, as was the Pysio. You felt as if all the staff really cared, keep up the hard work and level of service.
What could be improved
