About: Specialist Therapy Services / Community Stroke Team – South Notts

(as a relative),

My Father has just finished almost nine months help and support from chris and his team .

As a family we cannot even begin to express our gratitude and thanks for all the countless hours of help, and caring support they both have  received  .

the physical progress and improvement in mobility my father has shown has been amazing, and we  want to thank Chris and all of his team 

thank you all

Thank you for your wonderful feedback for the Community Stroke Team, we really appreciate the time you have taken to let us know how we are doing. The team always strive to offer the best service they possibly can and this feedback is fantastic.

It is really important to us that our patients, families and carers let us know how well / or not we are doing in order that we shape the delivery of services to become as patient /family/carer centered as we can.

I will ensure the team see this and specifically Chris whom you have mentioned. We are really proud of our clinicians and strive always for the very best and are very happy that you have felt we have supported both your father and your family through his recovery.

We hope your father will continue to recover postively and wish you all the very best for the future.
