My Dad has very recently been discharged following surgery in  ARI.   From the pre-assessment nurse (Gail)  to all the other nursing and medical staff in ward 210 & 211 he has received the very best care possible.   Everyone involved in his care has  been completely fantastic. Even the domestic and portering staff made the effort to pass the time of day with him.   However, a special mention to Jenny, (Staff Nurse in HDU) who was an absolute star and just the nicest, most caring person, Mr Shakeel, (Consultant Surgeon) and Mr Johnston (Consultant Anaesthetist) who helped make what was to be a difficult experience so much easier, not just for Dad but for all of us.   We cannot thank you enough for your care, compassion and expertise.   Heartfelt thanks to you all.

Thank you very much for the very kind comments about all of the staff following your Dad's recent stay in Wards 210 & 211.

I was delighted that everybody treated him and all of you so well too in what must have been a worrying time for you all. It really does make that difference when all has gone so well and that will speed your Dad's recovery. I hope he is progressing well. It will give me great pleasure to inform staff about your lovely feedback and the staff you mention too.
