"Fourth visit to A&E could be prevented if they..."

In future I will go to any other Hospital but Peterborough. This is our fourth visit, 3rd ambulance if they got it right and sorted you then you would not need to keep returning and having an ambulance. I feel sorry for the ambulance service who do a great job but due to failings at hospital keep having to take you back in .The hospital doesn't seem to be managed well and of late we have found another hospital puts it to shame. It was only the ambulance staff who were based there pushed for it!

Accident and Emergency is shocking and major improvements needed . Came home very dissatisfied with a member of my family still unwell and left untreated as they preferred to pass the buck to the other hospital to deal with .Complete waste of time and lots of lessons to be learnt because the care we received was shocking!
