"You kept my wee one safe"

My daughter was discharged home after an adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy and 4 teeth extracted.  I cannot thank you all enough for the care we have received through the whole process which began back in August 2018!  To Dr Walker, such a lovely friendly man whose cheerful, friendly yet professional manner put me immediately at ease.  To Sophie who came down from theatre to run over her anaesthetic checklist, what a lovely friendly young woman.  To our named nurse Kirsty, you do an absolutely amazing job, professional, supportive and fantastic with the kids.  Being in the nursing profession myself, I knew my daughter and I were in very safe hands in your care.  Thank you.  To Amanda, thank you for all your distraction techniques to try and calm my wee one before and after her surgery and of course for the special gift from the treasure chest before we left.  Thank you also to Christina our named nurse overnight who popped in regularly to check we were both ok and to give pain relief.   I cannot thank you all enough.  You do an amazing job, I am truly grateful for all you did to keep my wee one safe and help her get back home.
