"Jaw pain and no diagnosis"

I had a traffic accident 01/05/2017 case jaws broke or fracture or i don't know as its been over year going to nhs and they didn't told me its actual broke or fracture or what as for me its very pain full when i speak and causing a pain to my neck and a lot headache indescribable headache. Been to oral and maxofacial 9 times and all i get new appointment where i feel that i have very bad pain in my right bottom side off jaw and left top side and its make click and popping sound when i eat or speak that make me stop going out with friends for food and uncomfortable and jaws get locked when i wake up in the or in the morning. My consultant say it will be pain full but will go with time and i can feel its getting worst as i have another appointment next month and that make full one year since i had a accident and i still don't know what actual problem i have as i never been told or put on right direction or any treatment for it .
