(as the patient),

I had a couple of spots of dark skin removed from my nose and arm, everything was perfect. I have no complaints, the care was wonderful. the whole team was very attentive, David and Doreen were very good at putting me at my ease.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your experience of our clinic.

Doreen and I work hard at reducing anxiety levels within the room ( the patient's and ours!) and it is great you recognised this.

We both hope everything is healing as planned and you weren't too sore after the anaesthetic wore off.
