"Reception staff are ridiculously rude"

About: Spire Roding Hospital

spoke to a receptionist on the phone enquiring about my appointment and she was really rude. She spoke over me - she didn’t ask any of the questions in a polite way. I was spelaking to the NHS section but that shouldn’t mean the level of care and respect just goes out the window. Really disappointed that I was spoken to like that. Then she just put the phone down without even waiting for me to say goodbye. Awful
