"Warm, respectful and professional atmosphere"

I have just come back home to the Isle of Skye from my second time at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary's ENT ward, and would like to share how very impressed I have been with the level of care I have received on both occasions. All members of the team (including the cleaners and catering personnel)  I came in contact with were  friendly, efficient, caring, kind and extremely dedicated. There was a very warm, respectful and professional atmosphere among members of staff, which made me feel relaxed, listened to and really well cared for.

I was particularly impressed by staff nurse Jennifer's high level of competence. She was interested and very well informed about all aspects of my medical condition and treatment. Jennifer's intelligent and warm dedication to her patients and love for her profession really shone through. I would like to thank her, as well as nurses Annie and Rebecca, trainee nurse Scarlet, and the rest of the staff on the ward for their outstanding level of care.
