What I liked
All the Staff that I was in contact with had what I would term 'High Human-being Factors'
They were all professional and caring. At all times I felt that I was receiving their best and
focussed attention.
One reads in the press on an almost daily basis the shortcomings of the NHS, and it was very satisfying to find that Shepton Treatment Centre has no apparent shortcomings.
What could be improved
I am unable to think of any improvement. Everything was perfect
