All the staff are lovely and helpful right through from the receptionists to the Doctors. The Doctors are very caring and thorough. The receptionists/practice manager are very understanding and approachable. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and the Doctor had the surgery phone me as soon as they received the 'news' from the hospital and informed me I could contact them at any time if I had concerns and if I needed anything to just phone. I thought this was fabulous (as I'm under the care of the hospital for this) - to know they cared so much. I've always managed to get an appointment even before this diagnosis.

The doctors, myself and the staff would like to say a big thank you for the lovely comment.

We are delighted that you are happy with the service we provide. Our staff do go above and beyond the call of duty to help if the can. This is not always easy given the pressure general practice is currently experiencing. However, they are extremely happy to hear that you appreciate their efforts.

If you do feel you need to speak to someone or if you ever encounter a problem at the surgery, please ring the surgery or call in and speak to me.
