Below is a summary of some feedback provided by a service user who completed a feedback form provided to them by the Community Learning Disabilities Team following a period of care from that team:
I was happy with where I was met for my care. The place I found the best to meet was my home.
I think I was given clear and useful information, especially the advice around staying safe on public transport which I found the most useful. But I still feel like I need some help with this.
I felt like I was treated with respect and I am happy with the help I was given.
I would be extremely likely to recommend this service to friends and family if they needed this care or similar treatment. There is nothing I can suggest that you could do better.
"Excellent care at home"
