I've now had 2 DCR operations at BRI under the Ophthalmology Unit. I have to say the team are fantastic, everyone from the Outpatients staff to the Day Case Unit staff and Theatre. I felt well cared for, informed and both operations were done successfully and with great aftercare.
Yes the outpatients department is very busy and waiting can be expected but I doubt that is any different from other Trusts. Staff keep you well informed of any delays and there is a refreshment area in the waiting area.
Would highly recommend for treatment.
