(as a relative),

My mum was recently cared for in ward 3 after a recent hip replacement,   I would like to say the staff in ward 3 are all fantastic, my mum was looked after very well and the staff were all lovely and very helpful, In particular a staff nurse named Pam, she really is a credit to the nhs.

Thank you very much for this feedback in relation to your mum's experience within ward 3, Larkfield unit. I am delighted to hear that you mum was looked after very well whilst in hospital.
