Positive experience

My second attempt at leaving a review! My experience on both Lister (initial treatment) and Pasteur (rehabilitation) wards was extremely positive. At a time of great stress for me and my family, I received first class treatment from every single member of staff. I was kept informed at all times of what was going on. All the nurses were excellent and were at all times attentive - if somewhat rushed off their feet. Thanks too to the physios for their patience and hard work.

Also, thanks to all the ancillary staff especially to the lady who served breakfast at the weekends for doing her best to provide me with orange juice! Please don't have a stroke, but if you do have one you are in very good hands in Basildon Hospital.
