"Should Get Back To Basics"

About: Ladybarn Group Practice

I was recently discharged from hospital following surgery and my discharge notes clearly state under GP Actions:

“Monitor patient for .....’

Unfortunately since my discharge no.one has attempted to contact me never mind monitor me AND I have been unable to make an appointment with delays or 3 indeed 4 weeks for my usual GP.

At present I have a number of issues included new unpleasant symptoms and am this morning going to call the hospital ward to see if I can speak to a doctor.

Needless to say, I think it is a different disgrace!

Maybe if the practice returned to a more traditional style of practice instead of trying to generate more money from new projects people like me may get a chance to see a GP when needed!

I am sorry to learn that you have been dissatisfied with the service provided by Ladybarn Group Practice.

I would be most grateful if you could contact myself, Louise Fradley, with your details to enable me to discuss this with the doctors and to ensure that we have received your discharge summary from the hospital.

Many thanks
