Visited A and E late last night after being told by nhs111 to attend. Lovely nurse in triage was non judgemental and helpful. Was seen by a doctor promptly within 90 minutes and given what I needed and discharged. Doctor was lovely and gave me the chance to explain what was wrong and did her best to help me. Good experience all round, except maybe a suggestion to keep troublesome patients somewhere other than the main waiting room, can be unsettling for some patients.
